Looks good so far want to come for a up close look
Didn't get a chance to view the inside, but it looks good from the outside. We needed more parking, that's why we did not go with this place.
Look elsewhere. Especially if you are thinking of a lower. We have been here for 4 months and everyday I listen to my upstairs neighbors run, jump, stomp, bowl(?). The office staff here is very nice but have not come to a reasonable resolution to our constant noise problems here. You pay a lot of money to listen to a lot of noise, pay high energy bills, and have a very long walk to your apartment from your garage(great with groceries!). Replacement items also take a long time. Still waiting on a screen door from July. Don't spend your hard earned money here. Look elsewhere!
Look elsewhere. This place has been a nightmare since before we even moved in. It's loud, parking is terrible. Residents use the visitor areas all the time because they don't want to follow the rules. Long walk to your unit. It needs updating especially for what you pay here. My old appliances don't work and I am told to "live with it". I hated my last apartment and I actually am wishing I was still there and that's very bad. Look elsewhere, not worth your hard earned money.
Staff is very friendly and maintenance handled very quickly, but beware the corporate business model. We lived there almost 3 years and over that time, it seems like the money invested into the property declined. Twice we needed our washer replaced, and they brought us old units from other apartments--not cleaned, I might add. During the same time frame, we saw new washer/dryer units going into vacant apartments. On our last lease renewal, the rent jumped, as it had each time before. However, the advertised price for a vacant apartment with the same floor plan as our home was hundreds of dollars less than our jacked up price. I was told we could move into a vacant apartment to get that price, but otherwise, the rate hike was non-negotiable. We recently moved out due to that conversation.
