What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Greenfield

It is quiet and has a lot of dogs! It is within walking distance of a great school with a wonderful newly renovated green space. We can run to a couple large gas stations if we need a dozen eggs or a bag of chips and are very close to a main drag that has everything.

The sidewalks run behind our houses. They are great for walking and getting to know your neighborhood.

I like to live near a community park because it's easy for my family and pets to walk and play outside.

My family and I love going to near by restaurants. We also love all the near by shopping centers down the street.

We have friendly , helpful neighbors. We are relatively close to restaurants. I enjoy the weekly Friday night beer parties in our alley.

There is a lot of nature for a place so busy and public, which is always nice to see every day and to explore.

Meanwhile, looking at job function, many of the city's workers are in sales, which ranks as the top career path in the city. Greenfield workers bring in an average annual income of about $67K, about the same as the average Wisconsin resident. Greenfield, however, compares less favorably to the national average ($73,345). Further, 6% have a Master's degree or Doctorate.

Greenfield residents have an average commute of about 25 minutes. Driving is the typical mode of getting to work, chosen by 46% of residents, while public transportation isn't extensively used. Walking isn't a common way to get to work.
