I would consider this apartment complex because it has an appealing exterior, with the lower level being brick. Exterior building maintenance would be minimal and would maintain this appeal. It has attractive green spaces and trees. The location is excellent for nearby shopping and restaurants. Some are just walking distance away. It's location is also within a couple minutes of a major highway. There is also a park next to the complex. It includes a wooded area, tennis courts, a baseball field and children's play area.
