What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Franklin

The things i like most about my neighborhood is how close certain business are to me. im close by a dollar general for grocery shopping, a gym for exercising, and a walgreens for if i need any medicine. I wouldn't have to drive to these places, they're all walking distances.

Good walking paths, nice parks, close proximity to restaurants, entertainment & downtown area. Good sports teams.

My neighbors are all very nice people. My favorite restaurants are within a few miles. My grocery stores are within a few miles. Everything I need is located close.

It's a block away from a busy road, but that block makes a big difference in regards to safety. There is a good pub/restaurant about a half mile away. difference for walking

very quite, mostly adults, limited pets, easy access to major park, community center with swimming pool

It is a very nice neighborhood in terms of houses and lawns. We get along with our neighbors and watch out for one another.
