Worst apartment in Fond Du Lac. No assigned parking. No reinforcements for those that do not pick up after dogs! No amenities yet as advertised. Paper thin walls! Low quality appliances. Carpet is cheap. Looked worn out after a few months! Horrible windows! A lot of road noise with 151 nearby and a train track also

The brand new apartments include all appliances with full sized washer and dryer in every apartment. They are pet friendly allowing cats and dogs. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The planned community building and dog park look to be a nice addition.
