Greedy and jacking up the rent prices when they are a 30 minute + drive from anything in town. Completely isolated and overpriced for the area, especially considering old appliances.

The apartments are well designed, quiet, and have granite counters, new appliances, track lighting, generally nice features. The community spaces are easily accessible and well scaled to the current size of the complex (three buildings).
