THE PLACE IS A DUMP, THEY ADVERTISE AS A LUXURY COMMUNITY. THE EVE TROUGHS ARE FULL AND BLOCK WATER SO IT WON'T DRAIN WINDOWS ARE FALLING OUT CARPET IN THE ENTRANCE IS RAVLING. LAWN WASN'T MOWED SINCE JULY GARBAGE BINS ARE ALWAYS FULL AND RUNNING OVER, BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM IN RAISING THE RENT EVERY YEAR

The "on-site manager is not always around during the hours specified. The windows are very leaky, horrible! The owners don't fix things, the place is falling apart, and they don't care! What's more they're raising the rent without any improvements!
