Top of the line units for this area. Great place to commute from if you are looking for peace and quiet and enjoy the simple life. Rents are reasonable compared to some of the Waukesha suberbs. Make sure you pick up from you dog as the managment staff will be looking to fine you. Besides, it is the right thing to do. My dog loves the new walking path the lawn guys mowed around the pond areas. Overall, could not have asked for a better place to live while I recover from my divorce and get back on my feet.

I have lived here since the first buildings were built. I've met a lot of wonderful people. The managers have all been good but the one they have now does an amazing job. There is a community event planned every month. I enjoy getting to know my neighbors. My carpet after 10 years still looks brand new but I wouldn't mind getting the new wood looking plank floorig they are not putting in. I am no longer working so this place is my favorite place to be and met new people. This has been my home for a long time and I hope I can continue to stay here until I no longer can. Thank you Heather and your staff for making this a special place to live.

If you are looking for apartments away from the big city and big box stores, this is it. Mukwonago and Lake Geneva are close by with the Walmarts, Home Depots, TJ Max and other big box stores but East Troy has one grocery store. We have 4 kids in the school system from elementary to high school. The schools are great and the teachers truly care about teaching. This is not like the public schools of Milwaukee. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the washer and dryer is priceless. We have rented here for 4 years now and the rent is very reasonable compared to the apartments in Waukesha where we came from. The traffic is next to nothing but you do have to travel 10 to 20 minutes to reach the rest of civilization. I love it here.

Lived here for several years - got nickle and dime'd on the security deposit, meaning they only gave me a couple dimes and a nickle back out of our hundreds of dollars. Even to stoop so low as to charge cleaning even after the place was left spotless. Neighbors were always noisy. Herd of elephants lived above us, and the downstairs parking and storage was always musty. Always had to have the interior walls treated for mold issues. Air conditioning unit is also severely undersized for the apartment size. Overall, it could have been worse - I'd have given 1, maybe 2 stars back to this review if we honestly didn't expect to get at least 90-95% of our security deposit back.
