Park Plaza is where I live. Ive lived in at many apartment buildings in my life time, but this by far my A-1 best. I moved here from out of town and I was awed by the superior service I received from applying to moving in. Manegement has been top notch. One night I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. I called the number posted for lock outs/ emergency posted. I felt bad calling, but i needed to get in! ( isnt that what the numbers for?)
Within 25 min i was let in. My IDs were confirmed and I was back in. Well what ever. This is my story. Park Plaza.. you guys are ok 5 stars with me.
Kyle is very professional and friendly. All work orders are completed in a reasonable time. The building is kept clean and neat. This is a good place to live.
I love living at Park Plaza. The management and maintenance teams are great!

While I rate the Office Manager and maintenance staff at my residence as excellent, I believe better scrutiny of applicants is imperative. Currently smoke residents disregard no smoking placards, do not cleanup after their pets, leave trash in hallways and stairways, etc. That said, the majority of the residents are good responsible neighbors and I've gotten to know several of them. But all it takes is a few not-so-good ones to ruin it for everyone!
