Included in the rent is heat, water, sewer, trash removal, lawn, and snow care. Free above-ground parking, laundry on-site, a grilling area, and a fitness center! Rents start at $865.00-$1400.00 mo. Deposits: $500-$1000. Pet deposit: $125 Pet rent: $15/month. (Limit of 2 pets, breed restrictions apply.) Garage parking: $25/month. We have both affordable units with income restrictions and market-rate apartments. All adults (over 18) must fill out a complete application. There is a $10 application fee in the form of a money order, per application, per adult. (No cash) for the National credit/criminal background screening. Every adult must be able to pass the National credit and criminal background screening by our third-party verifier.

    All facilities could always use improvement, I have been a resident here for three years, love the park, my neighbors, location and staff. If I could change one thing I would have the doors installed that didn't slam closed. nBut I am a happy tenant.

    There has been so many wonderful changes in my community since Tiffany has been managing the property. She is the BEST. She painted the hallways, replaced the hallway carpeting, redid the parking lot, got rid of a lot of the bad people and is REALLY TURNING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AROUND!!!
