What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Beloit

Neighborhood is filled with old oak trees. Very shaded and quiet. It's is out of way and only people who live here drive here. There is an old supper club restaurant/bar close by that most go to.

Some of my children's teachers live in the neighborhood and their children also attend the schools as well

The college the downtown area and restaurants are unique. Nice scenery good bike paths. Nice parks if drugs removed

families have lived there for a long time. there are no rental houses in my neighborhood and houses rarely go up for sale. There is a neighborhood park and sidewalks for walking and biking.

I like going downtown. Downtown is gentrified and has a lot of cool businesses. I also like going to the park in this town.

I enjoy the serenity of the woods. I can let my dogs run free. It is a very peaceful setting with lots of wildlife.
