Any issues I have had, which have been very few, the staff was very responsive. I love being able to rent out the clubhouse. The pool is awesome and best of all I can have my pet! The apartment set up and size is perfect for me.

I loved my time that I had living at Towne Lakes. I had very little to know problems and was so comfortable in my apartment. They are very clean and spacious and I loved the view looking over the pond. Whenever I did have an issue, maintenance was friendly and quick with helping me solve it. I would have stayed here longer but was offered a job out of state. Breaking my lease was expensive in order for me to make my move as I had figured, but the staff was very friendly and helful.
Staff is freindly and helpful. The apartment is build very cheaply. Namely the flimsy wire shelves that are not anchored properly and therefore cannot be used efficiently. Snow removal is not adaquate, makes walking out to car dangerous. No attention to broken treadmill 2 months ago.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
