It's a beautiful community but there is always water under the kitchen sink and I have asked about it a couple of times and know from the extra board underneath that it has been a problem before. I also have black mold that actually comes out of the water pipes and not just mold that forms after the fact. It's home though and I have lived here for almost three years now. I clean up the water under the sink and I use a Britta pitcher.

We ask that all residents submit detailed maintenance requests with as much information as possible. Please contact the leasing office to discuss what needs to be done to address this maintenance request. Certified Resident

A "luxury living" complex should not have to deal with trash pick-up at 4:30AM. The complex is big enough to negotiate better times with the trash hauler. Office turnover is too high.
