Overall, Wexford Villiage is just like any other apartment complex that charges too much for the services they offer. They have great amenities, when they work, or when you're allowed to use them. The hot tub for instance, was constantly breaking, the pipes bursting in the laundry room took over 3 months to get fixed, and the furnace filters do not get changed as frequently as they say they do. They document that they change them but rarely did they do it.

It's a beautiful community but there is always water under the kitchen sink and I have asked about it a couple of times and know from the extra board underneath that it has been a problem before. I also have black mold that actually comes out of the water pipes and not just mold that forms after the fact. It's home though and I have lived here for almost three years now. I clean up the water under the sink and I use a Britta pitcher.

A "luxury living" complex should not have to deal with trash pick-up at 4:30AM. The complex is big enough to negotiate better times with the trash hauler. Office turnover is too high.
