Canvas is a wonderful place to live! The leasing office is always super helpful and quick to get back to you. Maintenance is always on top of things and comes the very next day to fix things. I would stay if I wasnt moving out of Morgantown! Id recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to live!

Definitely has the best value for a student looking to live in Morgantown. The maintenance is friendly and fast, free wifi, views are great, washer dryer, and included parking are reasons why Im choosing to resign!

This place is amazing! The rooms are huge! The townhomes are really pretty, with great views too! Its a great place to live because its quiet! The office is great at checking on you to make sure youre doing well. Maintenance has also been great anytime Ive needed them, they usually take less than a day to fix whatever is messed up.
