Do not get an apartment with new carpet. Any damage no matter how little will cost you all of your security deposits and extra fees will be charged depending on how many "years" they decide you have shaved off its life. Maintenance was excellent and timely, which is the only reason this review gets 2 stars. Lots of students live in these apartments and smoke heavy amounts of weed to which the landlords throw air fresheners out into the hallway as if they do much. Apartments are overpriced and small. Moving furniture into apartments not on the bottom floor is tricky and tedious with multiple doors to open and tightly angled staircases. Complex has a small gym with few pieces of equipment that are also aged and constantly get jammed or break - jug in water cooler is changed once a week if you're lucky. Car wash is sad and tenants frequently park in the car wash area. Bottom line...much of this place is aged and far overpriced and we would NOT live there again if they paid us. You can literally pay less monthly for a house that is twice as big as their biggest apartments.
I would not recommend anyone live here. When you need help its very hard to contact someone there.
Need more parking spaces or assigned spaces to each apartment.
Office staff and maintenance are top notch! Activities are very fun and the atmosphere is overall a very friendly place.
