Took a month to fix a dishwasher issue. Since it was a clogged hose, the smell of whatever was stuck in the hose and stagnant water stunk up the place to the point it would give you a headache and we had to open the windows for about a month. On top of this we have pets which means we had to be in the unit whenever they worked on it (their rules not ours) which ended up costing us around $800 in lost wages for them to fix it. They never replaced the new dishwasher which sucked because we're paying for a renovated unit with new appliances right? So we left and found out it's $2000 to break the lease plus rent so $3000+ to leave early! That's expensive. We asked them if there was anything they could do considering the money we lost babysitting their maintenance crew but they weren't interested in helping in the slightest. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing and there are people going through the trash at night for cans I think? I hope? It would suck if they were trying to get peoples mail and stuff. Anyways, this place spends a lot of money making the outside look nice but they don't value you as a tenant. All they want is your money. Those places are a dime a dozen.
