What Renters Like and Dislike About University Place

The fact that several of us have lived here for over 25 years. Everyone waves to each other when driving down the street.

I really like the bar near my house. The drinks are good. The food is delicious. There are many shops nearby. It's easy to buy daily necessities

There are a couple parks nearby, on of which is a skate park. Plenty of grocery stores such as Fred Myers. And nice neighbors .

I can visit my neighbor talk with them bonding with them. Easy to get along with no problem with them.
