What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Tumwater

What's unique is that I have everything available from the library to City Hall the grocery store one of my favorites I have Walmart Fred Meyers Safeways Costco's and I like to take my kids to falls terrace to have a park can walk and take a hike so it

Our area has beautiful views of the nearby mountains and forests. We are close enough to downtown area where we can go to local breweries and restaurants.

Parks near by. Kids everywhere playing. Schools are great. Family neighborhood. Close to all necessities, like stores.

Very close to work for me. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. In a very safe part of time and friendly neighbors.

I don't know neighbors, family and friends the animals the lake and the toys and the basketball hoop

Our neighborhood is unique because it is small and can never get any bigger. We sit on a slight hill and although we can not walk to shopping we can drive less than two miles in different directions and we are at grocery stores and restaurants everywhere. We are reasonably close to the downtown of our capital city where we can go to water, a farmers market, and many cultural events.
