Warner Park is a clean, well maintained complex. The rent is affordable.
The apartments are clean and quiet Close to the mall and right on bus line the management is very fast at having maintenance fix things. Nice little play area for the kids.

The apartment manager is very nice. This area is peaceful and quiet. My family likes here.
Poor ongoing maintenance of grounds; filthy laundry facility with extremely washers and dryers; kitchen cabinets are a joke; appliances are too old; entrance door does not keep out cold and outside is visible at night leaving me with an unsafe feeling; etc. I will not be renewing my lease.
