It looks great on the web site and then you move in. Homeless all over the street, doing drugs, garbage everywhere. This complex could be great but it's a dump! Management does nothing about the homeless camped out on the street.

Right now I don't have a job the state help me $469.00 and is difficult for me to find an apartment because the rent is to high and I don't make four or three times the rent

Nobody ever answers the phone or returns messages, came out to the property and cant get thru the gate cause nobody is in the offices.

No one has called me so I would say it's a zero not so much a terrible. I guess it's just more neutral.
