Just moved out of my parents house I'm 57 years old i have Medicaid for disability apartments or low income housing but if its low enough i can pay it myself
I currently live at the James apartment I live in a 2 bedroom it's okay it's just very small but it would be perfect for somebody with a very young child these apartments are super quiet and just peaceful maintenance is outstanding and they are very nice and if it's something is to be wrong they come to fix ithowever I do not have a washer and dryer and for the longest time the washers would eat my money and I work very late so would be a pain in the b*** now that new management have taken it over they got new washers and now it's just the dryer so don't completely dry my clothes unless it is a very small load or should I say very light load I always have to dry 2 times for a small load of towels so I find myself going to the laundromat when it's time for me to do laundry so a two bedroom without a washer and dryer would be okay if they had very good laundry facility I feel safe here though and like I said you couldnt ask for a more peaceful apt the landscape is kept up very well the apartments are being renovated at the moment so the people that have been living here are being forced to move or we will have to pay expensive rent and live with all very old appliances from like the 1980s and I just feel for being a very good loyal tenant and wanting to stay in the community but they would tell me about their first available opening that would better suit me and my family but they just keep renting out to new people as if they don't wants us here so that's a little sad I don't want to have to movebut since new management came it's like they don't really care about us like the former management did also it would be really nice if they had a play place for the children they have so much space you would think that they would make one the kids have nowhere to play so they play with their balls and toys and run back and forth in the street on nice days risking to get hit by a car or hit your car with a ballbut I do enjoy living here just beca but it with no washer and
