I have lived here for almost a year and I think it's great. Everyone I see out when I'm walking my dog is very nice. It's always clean on the grounds. The office staff has always been helpful. I see some bad reviews but I have not seen parking as an issue I always have a space and I come and go a lot.
I would not ever live here. I went there to apply for an apartment and they talked down to me and were very rude and disrespectful. The security is a joke and they find even care when things get broken into. They make you pay almost 4x the rent and still do not have cameras. So ridiculous!
This place is a nightmare to live in. The parking is a joke, there are so many unregister cars parked inside the gate without a parking sticker. If you have a nice car be very worried about people banging their doors into it. The smokers here are unbelievable, you can not have your living room open for more than 30 mins without it smelling like a casino. The trash bins are always overflowing on the weekends. The office staff are very rude, any question or concern is brushed off with a snarky attitude. Everything in the apartments are so cheap. Nothing has lasted for more than a year while being here. Appliances are extremely dated and banged up. I expect to be charged for every single thing on move out, even the appliances having rust and scratches upon move in. I would strongly recommending not living here.
