    Ive lived here twice over the last 4 years. My first tenancy was 2.5 years. Kandice was very thorough and quick with her responses to me during the pre-leasing period. I was shown the apartment and was able to pick which unit I wanted. We had a ground floor unit. The apartments are only 2 stories total, which is very nice. My current tenancy, we live in the 1 story unit and have a nice fenced yard, and we still pay a very fair price for the unit! I would recommend this complex to anyone who values efficiency, privacy, ease of access and fantastic management!

    Although I couldn't rent from Kandice due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control, she went above and beyond seeking a resolution. Kandice truly cares for the people she works with.
