The apartments are off the beaten path, and as such they are quiet. It's also one of few places in the area that allows large breed dogs.

Apartments are falling apart and riddled with mold. Needs major update besides paint and cheap carpet. Holes left in walls and broken pieces of blinds from previous tenants that were marked down. Back sliding glass door broke/had to use a stick to lock it. Kitchen is horrible and cheap, takes 40 minutes for oven to pre-heat. Many nights had to park a quarter mile down road and walk to my apartment with kids/ parking is insane.. people parking on grass and in firelanes. Dumpster overflowing

I was shown a different apartment and when move in day came I was given a different one. I moved from out of town and had no choice but to take it. The place had a horrible smoking smell even though the carpets were changed. There were little cockroaches and I had to have an exterminator come. I complained and the manager at the time kept putting it off. The fan in the bathroom wouldn't shut off. When I went to management they said it's an automatic but, it never did. Over charged on my move out

-Parking is severely limited -Prohibited from storing a canoe on the property -Frequently stepping in dog feces -I pay $50 dollars in sewer for $8 worth of water -I pay $15-20 a month for 2 bags of trash
