We are a young family, starting off on their own for the first time. That being said, we were first time renters. The property manager has been more than helpful. She answered any and all of my questions and was always honest with me throughout our application process. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

Quick responses to maintenance requests, and the property manager has EXCELLENT people skills and always makes me feel welcome and welcomed.

Parking is atrocious with people parking illegally blocking my garage door which I pay to use. The management gives me a tow truck company's phone number as a resolution.
The manager's office closes without warning making it impossible to pick up packages which are left there. I've experienced this numerous times and had to wait weeks or change my work schedule to pick up packages. Local delivery companies won't enter the property or leave packages at the office making it impossible to utilize the convenience of online shopping.
This so call gated community leaves the gates open constantly. This makes security non-existent. I paid a $50 deposit on a gate opener which I haven't used in months because the gates are always open. People also stroll through the property constantly and with the high amount of crime in the area, leaving the gates open is a major security issue.

Looking for a place to live

Looking for 1 bed, 1 bath and washer/dryer. Up stairs unit. By the end of August.
