Ive recently referred a friend here and she informed me that she was concerned because of the reviews shes been reading. Ive gone through and read them and would like to clear up a few things.
I have been here for 2.5 years and yes I will admit the parking wasnt the best. In the last 1.5 years theres been new management that has improved the parking and yes enforced it. Some of us were not able to get out of our garages without maneuvering around. Honestly, some people may not like this since they use their garage for storage but for me I appreciate the enforcement. Ive been able to get in and out of my garage without a problem now. This may be an issue with someone with a much larger vehicle?
The ant issue Ive not noticed since theyve treated the outside of the buildings with an extensive treatment and typically when building on new land there will be issues with ants when breaking ground. Since theyve done this treatment the last few months weve had no issues at all.
Im very pleased with the new girls in the office and theyre both very friendly and will listen to your concerns.
The grounds are beautiful
The Y is right across the street too.
I just wanted to take the time to address these concerns since it seems like when others are upset they tend to take to social media. Unfortunate.
Thank you for all you do and I love my home here at Aster and will be here for long term.
Absolutely terrible place to live. Parking is terrible. Rental increases were out of line. Because of the shortage of rentals available they take advantage. After a spotless move out they charged me above and beyond my deposit saying I needed receipts to show a professional cleaning. I left the home better than I received it.
The Aster Townhomes is a beautiful, newly constructed complex of homes on the outskirts of of quiet Sumner, Wa. It's located in close proximity of major freeways, 410 and 167, but there's no traffic noice. The lot is flat and clean, with curbless sidewalks for bikes and walkers. The townhomes have garages, washer and dryer, and balconies or patios. Parking does look to be limited, but there is a YMCA mere feet away that has ample parking along with street parking available. There isn't much street parking near or in the complex, but there is so much available across the street. I would choose to live here. It looks safe, and very family friendly.
Look at Aster Townhomes for high-end apartment living in Sumner. There are many apartments to choose from in a great neighborhood. The community is quiet, whether you're staying in or taking a walk through the park.
Located near major highways, getting around is easy. Though you'll probably need a car to get around, you won't need it for everything--public transportation is within walking distance, and the neighborhood is bike-friendly.
