Hello good morning, my name is Daniel H. The apartment where I live with my Father will be put up for sale and I need to get out of here, and this apartment is what I need. We don't smoked I have a good record on rent,this is one of the reasons the area .. thanks

I like it has a folding bed, lease option, area, and some utility included. Roomy and balcony. But i can only afford studio apt. One bedroom apartment would be nice but more expensive.

Lived there for over a year and it is a very safe, quiet, clean place to be. I am thinking of moving back. Had to move out due to medical reasons. I would recommend it highly.
