Really disappointing in staff. I simply wanted to inquire about a unit and moving from out of state, and when I asked them what the process was, the girl on phone had a rude, unhelpful tone. I've spoken to other copper properties in the area and they were very nice and I could apply from out of state, but the attitude of the staff makes me want to never bother. This kind of incompetency is what makes for horrid living situations. There are much better options and you don't have to deal with rude, lazy staff.
I would say that living at copper river apartment has been great the people are friendly the staff is great they help you when you need it its just an overall nice community with nice people
Office staff is a complete joke, & have no idea what they are doing. They have gone through several community managers in a short time, & the paperwork is ridiculous to move in. Kept getting calls to come back down for paperwork they forgot about, & calls asking if I was still interested in renting one of their apartments multiple times AFTER I moved in. Extremely disorganized, high electric bills, & I do not recommend.
Worst experience ever just turning in an application.
Worst experience in my life just getting through the corrections of paperwork that they directed me through & had me fill out initially. No one called me back, it took 2 1/2 months,6 trips back to redo paperwork to finally say I have had enough with the "We need one more thing filled out". What a nightmare. Then come to find out, they were advertising for a community director. No direction, no knowledge of income restrictions to even be able to explain the requirements. No leadership, no accepting their mistakes. Awful experience.
