Parking is a little bumpy, but otherwise a clean and quiet place to live.

Carriage House style layout has the best insulation from neighbors. Cant even tell there are neighbors, but with garages below the unit, you do hear them opening and closing. Friendly helpful staffalways. Even the maintenance staff says Hi when you pass by. Parking was impossible last year but now with parking passes required, all the dead, non-working vehicles have been removed, freeing up a lot more unassigned parking. Theres even a night watchman cruising the parking lot. Great location by Walmart and Lowes-practically everything you could need in walking distance. Local bus routes are close, too.

The building was built to Code Minimum, so you can literally hear your neighbors conversations... quite interesting at times... No manager on site so there is no one to take care of "resident issues": after hours and there are 2 specific apartments that need tending to - mostly tenant issues... I do love my layout and it is spacious. Parking is ridiculous and not monitored.

The apartments are very nice the ground are beautiful I love the green grass I honestly wouldn't mind living here it seems to have friendly residents

Walls are unbelievably thin - I was surprised I could hear a sneeze from above.... other than that Im enjoying my new home
