The natural gas barbecue station provides the right environment to host a get together with fellow community members or friends and family. * Eagle Rock's limited access gates and 24-hour response courtesy patrol staff help to maintain a modest environment for all of its community members. Eagle Rock also enforces a non-smoking policy that prohibits any smoking inside apartments or building corridors and requires any smoking to take place 25-feet away from all buildings. Additionally, one of the service team staff is on-call 24-hours a day in the event of a maintenance emergency.

This apartment complex is average but the management team makes living here abysmal. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. They NEVER return phone calls or emails and every time I have an issue it never gets resolved. They say good communication, good community and they do the exact opposite.

terrible response re: my Allstate rental policy, submitted 2 weeks before move-in, left 3 messages in those 2 weeks re: any changes needed, was not told a change was needed until 2PM the day before move-in, this was June 30, the afternoon before the long July 4th weekend and caused my Allstate agent to have to scramble at the very last minute. Caused me much heartburn and fear that I would not be allowed in! This was after a 2 day drive up from CO. in a UHaul rental truck that had to be turned in the afternoon of the move-in date, and the risk that an unloading crew would have to be re-scheduled which would have doubled that cost..

Unless you're getting an excellent rate, and even then I would think twice, this place is not as nice as you might think. I could be, if only they would do any maintenance at all.

Trash on top of the car ports: 6 months and counting. Holes in the walls from hot water heater plumbing repair: 3 weeks and counting. Bathroom door wont' close: 6 months and counting. Torn screens: 6 months and counting. There's more. And I'm being gracious with the timelines too, just to be kind.

The staff is friendly, you can't help but like them. Even when they offer you empty promises, telling you things will be fixed real soon now, you know it's a crock but they are so likable you accept it and put up with it.

Don't get suckered in. Keep on looking.

Excellent personnel! I haven't lived there long enough, but so far, so good, just want to bbq on my deck :)

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, quite spacious, clean and quiet. The landscaping all throughout the community is absolutely gorgeous and definitely one of the best things about living here. I love the view from my balcony. The apartments have a very homey feel to them and the complex has a comfortable sense of community.
