For the high prices this building has cheap finishes. The elevator system is very unreliable with an elevator down about twice a week or more. The parking garage has public parking which has caused more problems than I ever imagined it would.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about, to start off. This building has been around for over a year now, after arduous construction. It did change hands, but I'm not aware of anyone leaving because of it. Rent increased for the early adopters, sure. We came in later in the game, and the price they're asking now is actually lower than what we're paying. Despite that, Tower 12 is actually a pretty awesome place to live. The staff has been almost universally polite, except Andre. The new ownership has really turned things around in terms of bringing value, with different events and even special deals with pet care services and an excellent dry cleaner. Eventually we plan to buy a home, but I fear that this place may have spoiled us too much that we'll be disappointed when we do.
