the kennedy building could be improved -- cleaner and brighter. some workers in the office could be replaced with more professional or at least friendlier ones.
Kennedy is a good apartment with excellent interior facilities such as gym, study room and a nice lounge. The staff is helpful and careful. However, please do not live in x20 to x23 rooms because they are on the 45th side. It's really noisy at night and it is hard to sleep during 9 pm to 12 pm everyday. Also, there will a trash truck every day at 3 am, which is also extremely intolerable. And it is no use to report them. I believe other rooms facing the garden will be fine and comfortable.
