This place has been good for us so far. The apartments are really nice and I love that the outside deck has a lot of space compared to most apartments.

We are sorry that you have had a hard time reaching our leasing office. We did notice about two weeks ago that our advertising phone numbers were not working. We have since corrected this and all our online phone numbers have been updated. We are also available seven days a week in the leasing office. Please make sure to leave a message with our answering service if we have stepped out of the office. We will be sure to return your call as soon as possible. Do not move here. Reality is there is NO parking. You'd have to be home before 5pm just to maybe get a free spot and NOT leave. My car got towed once due to very much lack of parking in both 10101 and 10102. As is there was LITERALLY no parking and the staffs there merely said "oh well I'm sorry there is nothing we can do to help you. Good luck." I've had to sleep in my car a few times just so that if someone was leaving in the middle of the night I was able to take their spot so as my car wouldn't get towed. I finally was able to get a reserved parking spot only to either be blocked going in or out by my neighbors living across from me. One instance the neighbor that lived on the bottom floor across from me had three cars parked across from my parking stall. Could not get in or out. Called the towing company only to be told that security has to authorize the tow. Called security around 7pm only to be told it would be a bit before they came out. They FINALLY came in around 11pm only to do a drive by and didn't do anything. Needless to say I wasn't able to leave my apartment at all that night. Neighbors are very loud and will yell and argue outside all hours of the night. There was an ant infestation problem in my unit. Utilities will run you several hundreds of dollars. Your rent might be $1425 but with utilities you are looking at $1600-$1800 per month. That would also include pet monthly fees and if you have a reserved car port. You don't get your full deposit at all. Apparently carpet cleaning will run you easily $200+. They'll hire their own cleaning people once you move out and they charge $180+. My deposit was first month's rent. Got back just a little over $1000 even though first month's rent was $1425. I also paid for my dog's deposit which I'm not even too sure I got that back. I've seen dog owners allow their dogs to poop on the grass and not pick up numerous times. Dogs are constantly running around with no leash on. Would not recommend.

RUN, just run far and fast. This place is a falling down pit of an apartment complex. All amenities are closed and NO 24 hour emergency line.
