(2 Ratings)Do yourself a favor and keep looking. There are no amenities in this building. No utilities included so tack on at least an extra hundred to your rent price. After a year instead of offering a reasonable month to month or any type of flexibility in your lease theyll increase your rent. The building owner/company doesnt care about the people living here, they just want to suck the tenants pockets dry. Oh and elevators are broke most the time. Laundry facilities are always dirty. Get ready for a random man yelling in the building in the middle of the night. Just keep looking elsewhere, renting here should be a last resort.

The malloy is a great place to live. Convenient to everything U-District and even short distance to downtown and green lake. It is so hard to find apartments in this historical area that are NOT student housing. Malloy really brings a new dynamic to the area, and it is very appreciated! Be sure to check them out.
