We are so happy with our experience at the Link, thus far. The staff is super friendly and we felt immediately right at home here.
The Staff is amazing and the building is always clean, smells good inside.
Link is my boyfriend and I's first apartment together. Loreina made the process easy, kept us very updated and she was so sweet! All of the staff is very nice. The building is beautiful with awesome amenities, all our friends are jealous! The neighbors we have met are all very cool and welcoming! Feels very chill and like home! Also the location is so convenient being next to the bus, groceries, fruit stand, gas, the junction etc. The view is sooo awesome on the roof too!
Very nice place, staff is very friendly, parking sucks and rent is very steep considering how small it is. Also the walls are yellow and carpet is green so it is very ugly.
Rental rates are on par with other apartments in the local area. The location is convenient for access to major roadways and the Rapid Ride bus line to downtown. However, Fauntleroy is a busy thoroughfare that runs along the northwest side of the building. Traffic can be very loud at times, especially the cement and gravel trucks. The underground parking lot is ok for compact cars, but anything larger than a Honda Civic can be troublesome to find a spot easy enough to get into...not that it can't be done. If you get home late at night there may not be any spots available, usually because residents with large vehicles will park over the lines, leaving the next spot unusable. The rooftop patio is very nice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
