I am a current resident at this apartment community. The location of the apartment is good. The amenities are a little old, the apartments have been installed with new appliances.
The leasing staff is extremely not understanding. I had an issue with seeing a line item on my monthly rent that for Seattle city lights I needed clarification on and could not get to them while I was traveling. They refused to waive the late fee while I was trying to sort out what the extra charge was. They were rude and mentioned that they had nothing to do with Seattle City Lights changes, and still they showed it as a part of my rent on their portal and collect payment for it on their portal. I have not had this issue ever in my renting history. There are several other apartments around the same location that I would recommend over Harbor Steps. Bad Experience. Please beware.
Luxury apartment with amenities similar to good hotel. Staff very courteous during the tour and answered all questions. A dozen floor plans to choose from.
