Great people that work at the building make it a warm environment. Not sure who's idea was to force everyone to use some garbage service we didn't sign up for. By the looks of it, no one uses it on the regularly scheduled days. They are also going to start charging us monthly for this service.

Great living situation in a great area, GLV has a lot to offer in terms of accessibility to a number of amenities. However, as they say, you get what you pay for , so expect to pay a fair amount to live here. Regardless, it has been a great place to live!

GLV: Great place to reside. Grocery store on lower level of building, nice exercise room, very nice community room you can reserve for functions, property kept clean. We find the place to be very quiet. Parking a little squashed, but this is Seattle.

Green Lake Village is our first home together, and no home could have started our marriage off better! We love living here for many reasons! The location is perfect for us; it is an easy run around the lake, close to our favorite coffee shop, frozen yogurt, grocery shopping, crossfit, yoga, and a quick bus ride to downtown (we are carless!). The staff is responsive, knows us by name, helpful, prompt, and the kind of people who make you feel at home and you want to be friend with! Our apartment is bright, open, cheerful, well maintained, and full of awesome neighbors! These are just a few of the reasons we love Green Lake Village life! - Chris and Holly DeMond
