Living at 2900 has been awesome! We love our particular flat with it's layout, fireplace, large covered balcony and fantastic views! The staff is friendly, considerate and helpful (really like them!). We have owned and lived in a house in the "burbs"until now and we have thoroughly enjoyed making the switch from home owners to urban apartment dwellers! This area of Belltown is especially nice as it is a "neighborhood", quiet after 10pm, yet we are just 2 blocks from restaurants, theaters and the Space Needle with all it's venues... We cannot imagine living anyplace else!

I've enjoyed my stay here at 2900 on First. The office staff is very friendly, and the maintenance folks have always addressed any maintenance request in a very timely, professional manner.

This is a great community to live in! The response to any of my maintenance problems has always been within 24 hours. The amenities are clean, maintained and always available. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming and is always ready to help.
