The Knolls At Inglewood Hill

Quiet units, floor design efficient and comfortable, appliances modern as are materials of kitchen space. Handy to a variety of shops and restaurants; quarter mile walk. On bus line. Exercise room 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm very happy here!

I've been living at the Knolls for six months now. In that time I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know me by name, and have even called to let me know I have packages at the office when they are delivered (a service that is not required). Any time I have had any maintenance issue (very rarely), they were right on top of it and fixed the issue right away. My interactions with neighbors have been wonderful. I would strongly recommend these apartments.

Not a good place unless you are in to having your apartment filled with drug smoke or booming music til the early am hours

I had many experiences in this apartment complex. I live here for 6 years Unfortunately what I am seeing more lately is a lack of communication. Someone tried to brake in my storage units twice. The first time the door's frame was damaged but office said they would not replace because I still could open the door. Two weeks ago, someone tried again and at this point I cannot open the door. The roof is damaged and I cannot even check how my things are inside. This was two weeks ago!!! Last week I called again to see the status and they said it is not priority. They offered a different storage and someone was calling me back so I could go get the key... One week later, I am still waiting for it. Really really sad.

After I renewed my lease for a year, the office gave me a 24-hours notice to remove stuffs in the patio, including plants and bikes!! In the, email, they offer a separate storage closets available for $25/monthly...

We have found the apartments comfortably updated. The office staff are friendly and responsive to any request we have had. We were hesitant to move into an apartment, but this is exactly what we needed before our permanent move to Oregon.
