I've lived here for the past year and its been such a great experience. The amenities and location is great! I've never dealt with any crime, I always feel very safe. The maintenance staff is amazing! They always take care of the issues ASAP. My unit was renovated and updated and it was beautiful. It has been a pleasure living here, I would've resigned my lease if it wasn't for relocating closer to my job. I recommend this place to anyone! I don't agree with the current reviews, I've never had any problems at all.

I love Pebble Cove! It's a wonderful apartment home to live in. And, I absolutely love the staff! The only issue I have is with parking. The parking here is horrible. I wish every tenant could have at least 1 assigned parking space.

Location is alright, Dog Park is great, staff is OK. Trash all over the place sometimes because there is only one place to throw away garbage and many residents simply throw their trash in recycling bins which are only emptied once every 2 weeks. So there is overflow and crows pick apart the trash and make a mess. Dog stations are very often not filled with bags so when people walk the dog they don't have a way to pick up the waste.
