My mind: &@#$ Wiener Properties
Pros: Clean Property, You do get a nice place to live if in the new building, really quiet.
Cons: Corporate, big business, don't care about you when it counts, inhuman.
I was disabled at work, they denied parking adjustment, complained about my service animal being a pitbull.
They failed to maintain the hillside during icy weather causing almost everyone in the lower building to abandon their personal vehicles and/or employment for half of a week; others like myself got a $3000 repair bill for my car, furthering my financial hardships.
This company is bad for the community because they create problems with bad property management principals and practices. Property managers are changed here more often than a newborn baby's dirty diaper.
They refused to provide me with any receipts for consumption of my damage deposit. Then billed me another $1200. They sent a complaint to an attorney, had me served demanding a legal response. I responded with legal representation. They dropped the legal complaint but then sent a unpaid invoice for this $1200 to a collection agency whom reported this $1200 charge to credit then wouldn't tell me who they sent it to, to dispute it.
Do not do business here unless you understand to these people your life means nothing, extenuating circumstances do not matter.

Maybe their aggressive breed restrictions should be cross checked against the AKC (American Kennel Club) breed characteristics. If you don't want large dogs, say no large dogs. Don't perpetuate a myth of aggressive dogs. St Bernards are on that list. They are know as Nanny dogs for small children and are fairly in active. Well if the AKC could be believed. They are the nationally recognized dog certification organization. You know, dog shows, breed standards, etc...

We live in the back building which is newer and the eye sore that is the front buildings is not desirable. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. You get one spot (even for a 3 bedroom) which causes people to have to park in an unsafe area or more likely directly within several fire lanes. We were promised the hot tub would be operational once we moved in and that it was a "permit" issue. 12 months later, it is still not operational, yet the rents are increasing. There are better options at better price points. One of the most expensive in the area (for the newer building) without the amenities. Access is very challenging for guests and deliveries.
