I couldn't be happier with this apartment community & the staff is the BEST!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is possibly the worst place I have ever lived. Save your money and time and go anywhere else
Iv'e been here for 6 years. They try to make it look glamorous but if you don't live on the top floor, you don't have the same appliances, high ceilings, etc. They just raised rent for everyone when they changed new management. Concierge guy left because of it and maintenance has to now charge $4 to change a light bulb at your place. DVD rentals are gone and you have to ask when the hot tub to be warm. Never is. Trust me,don't waste your money. Construction all around and noise from Boeing moving planes at 3AM in the morning. Not as glamours as it looks.
We first moved here a few years ago and enjoyed it. It's consistently plummeted downhill since then. The management seems to change every time I go in to the office, the noise is constant from neighbors and construction, and the overall vibe is not what it once was. When you're paying over 2k for a 1 bedroom apartment, you expect luxury. This is far from that and we will be moving in a few weeks when our lease is up. I can't say how excited I am to leave.
Pros- it is a very convenient location and beautiful walk to the lake. It's right next to the Landing which is really convenient and the place really has all you need (grocery, gym, restaurants, shops). We stayed another year because of the location last time we signed, but it's gotten to the point that the location isn't even worth the price anymore. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Staffing made it easy and smooth process for moving in and always responsive. Love the building and our apartment and amenities are great.
