Have been staying here for quite some time, but off late there have been too many burglary incidents in the community & the latest in the series were during broad day light. Haven't seen any major action being taken by the management on the same except few email communications asking the residents to stay safe

It's a nice place close to nature. It's peaceful, calm and green here.

Eves was highly recommended by our friends. Our leasing experience was great and quick. We like the apartment layout and the amount of natural lighting that gets in. The maintenance staff seemed to be too busy when he came to attend to some of the move in requests - perhaps a difficult day. In general like the community and amenities. Week one and so far great!

Its the best community I have ever lived in. A lot of extra miles for residents with a very supportive staff. Initial response time & closure time for service requests is like wow. I would recommend this community to all who could spend a little extra to get much.

This is overall a very good community. The units are in a good state, management pays attention to details such as the paint. You can see that they try their best to make the campus pretty. It is a bit pricey, but sometimes they can get away with it because of their good community.
