Great place to live especially if you have kids and pets.

PS: Since it is negative review, I am not sure if you will publish * Leasing office could show more humane face instead of being extremely mechanical in their approach of handling customers. They should start showing more empathy instead of being robotic. This is where human race can dominate over robots. Else Artificial-Intelligence will decimate the available jobs in the world. * They needn't disregard the request to waive off late rent fee for one time, one day delay in over 21 months of stay in this community. Every business entity that I know have escalation paths to take care of customer grievances. * There is no clear escalation path also or no transparency around that. All this with no auto-debit facility in this modern age is preposterous. Gables should publish the escalation path for handling customer grievances * Talking about the delays, a maintenance request was first not attended to and was attended to when second request was filed after over three days again. Who accounts for these delays? * In the past, the request to fix a faucet that doesn't require plumbing line changes also has been turned down by the management whereas other nearby communities have helped customers with such requests

Love the location, north of downtown but still close to restaurants and the grocery store. It feels a little secluded because of all the trees and nature that is around us. Family friendly neighborhood and a nice small climber for my toddler. The outside neighborhood appears taken care of and clean.

Avignon Townhomes is a great location and Sq Ft are above averages. Amenities are also very nice with pool, grills, exercise room, access to walking path.

Absolutely the best deal in Redmond! We previously lived at Avignon for 6 years, moved to other apartments in Washington and the US. We were SO grateful to find that our old home was waiting for us, including the same management team and maintenance staff! Who could ask for more? We love it here and have intention of moving in the near future.
