Its easy to get in and a hassle to get out. If youre the kind of person who takes off your dirty boots before going in your home... this is not the place for you. If youre a military family and youre looking for somewhere off base with just as much privacy invasion, this place may be perfect for you. Its hard to say which rules youll have to follow. I received a notice stating I need to remove hydraulic fluid from my back patio. Oh you mean the empty 5 gallon bucket on my back patio right next to 2 other buckets that werent mentioned in the notice. I went into the office and was told that because they couldnt see what was in the bucket I couldnt have it there and furthermore I was only allowed to have patio furniture on my patio. I took a walk and noticed 11 other apartments on my block alone that had more than just patio furniture with violations including mattresses, multiple grills, and much more. Only one other apartment had complaints on their doors. Not sure why they are picking on us. Unfortunately if you are looking for a home vibe you wont find it here.
Rent is ludicrous, exterior is ghetto, interior is infested with mold. Their inexperienced and clearly untrained maintenance staff only bleach and paint obvious black mold stains instead of permanent means. They will also take your deposit and then charge you for your carpet even though they are replacing it with terrible quality laminate wood flooring. You might as well do your own maintenance as well, their old appliances always have problems and they only fix them instead of replacement appliances that wont break within a few weeks of their fix. Rent was over 2000 to resign our lease, affording it isnt the problem the quality and upkeep is. Absolutely not worth your money or your health.
This is a beautiful complex with a lot of open space and trees. It is pet and child friendly. The office staff were incredibly helpful in finding me a unit that met my needs and my budget.
