The rent is fair for the quality of both the housing itself and the neighborhood. Appliances work well, and the one thing that has broken was swiftly resolved. The ladies at the office are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is much to my liking. The common grassy area is spacious, and there is a park across the street. I love it here.
This is a tranquil and quiet complex in a proper residential neighborhood. Huge with garages included and actual outdoor living space. Quick responses to maintenance requests and general inquiries with management. The finishes are older but it's charming and not run down. Thoughtful upgrades have been made such as getting rid of baseboard heaters and installing radiant heat--I love this. Thrilled not to have paper thin walls. Feels more like a home than an apartment.
My wife & i have loved living here. The apartments are huge. They're set in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The office staff & maintenance always friendly. They handle any issues quickly & efficiently. I love all the grassy areas for my dogs that are well kept weekly. I love everything about living in this complex. Great place for families & close to jblm.
It is quiet. Staff is friendly, professional, and prompt to respond to requests. The grounds are beautifully kept.
After owning homes for 30 years I was quite apprehensive about renting an apartment during construction of new home. Extremely pleased with professional staff, rapid remedy of any issues, great central location, maintenance of grounds & buildings and the courtesy of other residents; which includes respect for a low-noise environment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
