The apertmenys are nice but what makes this place so awesome is the staff! The ladies in the office are amazing.
Very well landscaped, quick to receive help for maintenance requests. Office assistants are very friendly and helpful; helped me move from out of state with almost no issue!
I have lived at Olympic Heights for almost a year and a half now, and I am extremely happy that I moved here. The rent is very affordable and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. My neighbors tend to to be respectful of others, while the wonderfully supportive staff ensures that the complex is safe and that the grounds are and units are well kept. Throughout the year, the staff organize community events in the Cabana that allow neighbors in the complex to get together and socialize. I also appreciate that Olympic Heights is in a great location, off a quiet street, with easy access to a main road leading to a major shopping mall and several entrances to major freeways.
I need a 2 bedroom due to my sister in in a where
The manager does not follow the rules of lease and pick and choses who she will enforce rules upon. She doesn't treat tenants equally
