There's a Waterpark down the street. There's not a lot of drive through traffic, kids are safe to play outside

This gated community is away from town. We have no businesses in here. We frequently go into town for dining and shopping . This area has great medical as well as recreational facilities.

Its a quite area. You hear children playing in the yards. It makes you feel safe knowing your kids are safe.

there are some local stores and farmers markets that are nearby. everyone is friendlys and likes to help out others
