Very homey, Apts r nesseled in the trees to bad just like most of the Apts here are just to close to the road. Some need a little updating maybe new appliances, double sinks in the master. More of an open concept. But very homey.

this is the dirtiest place I have seen in some time. Management a aloof and Maintenance is MIA. Save yourself some time and look elswhere.

When I first rented out here, the place was great. But a new company took over and suddenly maintenance was completely unresponsive, same with the main office. I've had to invoke the law several times in order to get them to even replace the washing machine that was busted for 10 days. I have maintenance orders that are not fulfilled constantly and are still unfulfilled to this day. I don't know what the new company's deal is but absolute incompetence would be the description that I would provide. I miss when the old company was still in charge, at least they took care of their tenants. I now no longer have anything good to say about this place. It is in disrepair and the poor service provided is absolutely unacceptable. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.

I just moved it and so far I'm very pleased. The grounds are kept up extremely well and the apartment was refreshed before I moved it (and i'm in the "classic" model). The only drawback I've found so far is a noisy dishwasher. The staff and maintenance folks are awesome. I had a table I had to move in by myself and was staring at it thinking.. and two boys (about 10-12 years old) offered to carry it in for me. Gold stars for those kids! HUGE storage off the patio as well is a big bonus.
