The homeless are taking over. The sleep in the parking lot and get high in their vehicles. The 'renovation' has taken over EVERYTHING. Contractors dont care that people live here. Had people in and out apartments during lockdown. Parking lot is full of dumpsters, materials, broken glass...you're lucky to find a place to park. The laundry rooms are broken, no one cares, they just tear off the OUT OF ORDER signs. The wood bridge walkways are scary. One of the managers is so rude and acts ghetto. Half a** maintenance work, they are only concerned with the renovated apartments and dont care about the rest. We get used, gross appliances from gutted apartments when our stuff breaks. I am sure I'll be getting a move out notice soon. Refuse to pay more for this place. They do nothing about loud neighbors. This place shakes from noise. Already looking for my next place.

I did the virtual tour, I then drove through the complex. It's very clean, and beautiful. I'm hoping i get a chance to reside there
